Terms of Service

1. General Policy

All products sold on this website are digital goods. Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Nitro Tokens & Boosts

• No warranty is provided on Nitro Tokens.
• All Nitro Tokens are checked before restocking and are valid at the time of sale.
• We are not responsible if a token becomes invalid due to:
• • Password changes by third parties
  • Account security issues
  • Actions taken by Discord
• If Discord terminates a Nitro Token and the boosts do not last for the full duration purchased, no refund or replacement will be provided.
• In rare cases, a replacement may be attempted at our discretion, depending on the situation. This is not guaranteed.

3. Server Boosts

• If you kick boosting accounts, remove them manually, or your anti-raid / security bot removes them, no replacement will be provided.
• If Discord removes boosts or terminates accounts, we are not responsible.

4. Nitro Promos

• If a promotion ends, is revoked, or becomes unusable due to Discord actions, no refund or replacement will be issued.
• This applies to Nitro Promos, Nitro Tokens, and Server Boosts.
• No auto-claim warranty is provided on promo links. All promos are checked before selling.

5. Tools & Software

• No refunds or replacements are offered if a tool:
• • Gets patched
  • Stops working
  • Becomes detected or leaked
• We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.

6. Usage Responsibility

• Do NOT log in manually to Nitro Tokens.
• Manual login may result in tokens being flagged, locked, or terminated.
• Always use trusted tools and clean proxies.
• Avoid flagged or unsafe tools. Any misuse is entirely the buyer’s responsibility.
• Use aged tokens at your own risk.

7. Payments & Overpayments

• If you overpay using Crypto, PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment method, the extra amount will be treated as a donation.
• No refunds, credits, or extra products will be issued for overpayments.

8. Final Notes

• By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved with digital services related to Discord.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
